Norm’s built a strong reputation across Oxford, Elgin, and Norfolk Counties over decades of dependable work and honest service. When Dom and his father, Vidas, took over Norm’s, they weren’t just purchasing a business — they were continuing something people had trusted since 1976.

At the same time, VD Septic Service was built locally by Dom and Vidas, focusing on straightforward service, clear communication, and practical solutions.

Bringing the two together created something stronger — combining long-standing trust with a hands-on, family-run approach.
